Physicals
- All VHSL physicals are valid for 14 months from the physical examination date.
- Please ensure physicals are completed using the new (2025) revised VHSL physical form.
- VHSL Physicals must be submitted in Arbiter (see Arbiter Tab for directions).

As of July 1, 2026, paper copies of VHSL physicals are no longer be accepted. If your child has a current VHSL physical on file at the middle school, the physical will be returned to your athlete to be uploaded into Arbiter.
