Four final community meetings about how parents can protect children from online dangers have been scheduled at schools in April.

The Roanoke County Science Fair was held on Saturday, Feb. 21 at Hidden Valley High School. More than 100 students presented 87 projects at the middle and high school levels. Winners in each category will advance to the regional science fair at Roanoke College in March.

When it comes to making spelling bee history at Roanoke County Public Schools, Cave Spring Middle School 6th grader, Ashvin Pinnamaraju, and William Byrd Middle School 8th grader, Rory Grant, are the tops.

Roanoke County Public Schools is proud to announce the launch of “Let’s Talk,” a new telehealth service available for elementary, middle and high school students and families. Let's Talk is the latest in a series of mental health resources provided by the school division.
